Weekly Schedules
Weekly assignment schedules are prepared jointly by the two schedulers based at LGH and NSMC. These are typically published 4-8 weeks in advance and are updated frequently as changes are required.
Schedules are published in spreadsheet (XLS) format, and also when in final, non draft form, in hypertext (HTML) format for quick on-line viewing. Printing macros in the XLS version optimize the printed output format for each of the three hospital sites. The number of printed copies can be chosen using the adjacent spinner buttons. Calendar events, including on call, work assignments, meetings, etcetera, can be exported from the XLS format and then imported into personal Outlook or Google calendars. The XLS format also includes a 'Find Me' function to locate each radiologist during the week and the phone number at their assignments.
