Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of seven shareholders, two ex officio members and five at large elected members. The ex officio members are the Chief of Radiology of North Shore Medical Center and the Chief of Radiology of Lowell General Hospital. At large members are elected for alternate two year terms.

Officers of the Board are elected each year at the first Board of Directors meeting following election of at-large members at the Shareholders' Annual Meeting in the spring. The present officers are:

Clerk: John Murray, M.D.
M. Elon Gale, M.D. serves in the position of Chief Information Officer and Mike Mastromatteo, M.D. serves as the CRA Compliance Officer.
